Buenos días!!!

Si, es lunes, pero esta semana tenemos dos festivos y seguro que algunos que otros además hacen puente, así que no va a ser tan dura esta semana.

El año pasado por estas fechas presencié un desfile de la marca DOLORES COSTURA que me encantó. Una marca Valenciana, maravillosa, la cual siempre anda buscando la elegancia en la mujer y este año como no, he repetido encantadísima y ansiada por ver su nueva colección 17-18 llamada «ETEREA». Una mezcla entre la elegancia y la sobriedad.

«ETEREA» está inspirada en el arte, (que como siempre digo, la moda es un arte y puede ir de la mano de otro tipo de arte), como esta colección que tiene muy presente a los pintores impresionistas, en los paisajes de tonos verdes, corales y amarillos de Monet, en las bailarinas de Degas con sus faldas de tul y sus bordados de flores, a las playas de corola con sus tonos azules, verdes y turquesas.

Una colección repleta de colores anteriormente mencionados, pero sin olvidarnos del blanco y negro. Vestidos y conjuntos de tejidos vaporosos, tules, encajes y brocados. Todo muy tendencia, hombros que se muestran tapando el resto del brazo, faldas acabadas en cola, pantalones corte palazzo, transparencia, etc.

Ideales para esta epoca de tantos eventos, cenas y fechas señaladas en las navidades, también para ir preparándonos en las futuras bodas o comuniones que podremos tener en el nuevo año que dentro de poco ya nos entra.

Espero que os gusten tanto como a mí, esta selección de muestras que desfilaron dentro de la II semana de la costura de Valencia, que organiza el Gremio de Sastres y Modistas y para mí, su mejor demostración de moda que puede haber hoy por hoy en Valencia.

Yes, it’s Monday, but this week we have two holidays and I’m sure some others also make a bridge, so it’s not going to be that hard this week.

Last year at this time I witnessed a parade of the brand DOLORES COSTURA that I loved. A wonderful Valencian brand, which is always looking for elegance in women and this year as no, I repeated very happy and longed to see his new collection 17-18 called «ETEREA». A mix between elegance and sobriety.

«ETEREA» is inspired by art, (as I always say, fashion is an art and can go hand in hand with another type of art), like this collection that is very present to the impressionist painters, in the landscapes of tones green, coral and yellow of Monet, in the dancers of Degas with their tulle skirts and their flower embroidery, to the corolla beaches with their blue, green and turquoise tones.

A collection full of previously mentioned colors, but without forgetting the black and white. Dresses and sets of fluffy fabrics, tulle, lace and brocade. All very trend, shoulders that are shown covering the rest of the arm, skirts finished in tail, palazzo cut pants, transparency, etc.

Ideal for this time of so many events, dinners and dates indicated at Christmas, also to be preparing for future weddings or communions that we can have in the new year that soon enters us.

I hope you like them as much as I do, this selection of samples that paraded within the second week of the sewing of Valencia, organized by the Tailors and Dressmakers Guild and for me, your best fashion show that can be found today in Valencia.
